Terms & Conditions for Grazebyluc

Our T&C Policy 

Booking and Reservations
  • All bookings for grazebyluc services must be made in advance, subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

  • The final payment is due four weeks before the event date.

  • Bookings made within four weeks of the event may require full payment at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 14 days before the event will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • In the case of extreme circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness), we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but this is subject to availability.

 

Event Changes
  • Any changes to the event details, including guest numbers, dietary preferences, or table setups, must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.

  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

 

Client Responsibilities
  • The client is responsible for ensuring access to the event venue at the agreed-upon time.

  • The client is also responsible for providing any necessary equipment or space for the grazing table setup.

  • grazebyluc will not be held responsible for any damage to venue property or other guests caused by the client or their guests.

 

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
  • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

  • While we will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, grazebyluc cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

 

Delivery and Setup
  • grazebyluc will deliver and set up grazing tables at the event venue within the agreed timeframe.

  • The client must ensure that there is a suitable area for the grazing table setup, including access to electricity or refrigeration if needed.

  • Setup and cleanup times are included in the service, but any changes to the event schedule may affect these times.

 

Liability
  • grazebyluc is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur at the event.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and the event space.

 

 Privacy and Data Protection
  • Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

Agreement
  • By booking with grazebyluc, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • grazebyluc reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes before booking or service.
